3. Conduct of Delegates:

• Academic respect: Professional, respectful academic debate is mandatory.
• Zero tolerance: Harassment, bullying, or discrimination triggers immediate eviction.
• Compliance rule: Attendees must follow all venue safety regulations.
• Recording ban: Unauthorised filming or recording of sessions is banned.
• Cost liability: Attendees pay for any damage they cause.

4. Responsibility of Schools:

• Supervision duty: Registering schools must provide adequate staff supervision.
• Staff ratios: Schools must maintain their designated student-to-teacher ratios.
• Behaviour liability: Schools bear full responsibility for student misconduct.
• Medical care: Accompanying staff must manage student medical needs.
• Consent forms: Schools must secure all necessary parental permissions.
