COBRA: Managing A Crisis

A complex and urgent scenario is underway.

Your team has been convened to act as the emergency committee in the Cabinet Office Briefing Rooms, or COBRA. With time-sensitive intelligence "injections" delivered in real-time, you must synthesise information from multiple sources and make mission-critical decisions under immense pressure. The fate of the mission—and your success as a team—depends on your collective ability to think clearly, communicate effectively, and act decisively.

Beyond the thrill of navigating a simulated crisis, this unique team-building experience is designed to deliver powerful, lasting benefits for your organisation. Your team will be engaged in decisive problem solving, analysing complex situations with limited information and evaluating policy options; enhanced communication; developing team cohesion and strengthening relationships forged in complex challenges and cultivate hidden leadership potential.

This isn't just an exercise; it's a test of leadership, resilience, and collaborative genius. Prepare for a challenge that will redefine how your team works together. Are you ready to step into the COBRA room?

Government For A Day

Welcome to Downing Street. The clock is ticking, the pressure is mounting, and you hold the future of the nation in your hands. In this team-building experience, your group will be plunged into a realistic simulation of the UK Cabinet.

Each team member will take on a ministerial role, where you will receive confidential briefings, navigate breaking news, and negotiate with your colleagues to forge a consensus. But it's not enough to be right; you must also be political. Can you secure the budget for your department, convince your opponents to back your vision, and avoid a cabinet reshuffle? This isn't just a game; it's a test of communication, critical thinking, and leadership under pressure. Only by working together—and mastering the art of political maneuvering—will your Cabinet successfully manage the country.

Our UK Cabinet simulation challenges your team to move beyond departmental silos and work together for the greater good. Facing a series of complex, real-world issues, you must learn to negotiate and compromise with colleagues who have different priorities; analyse data to make high stakes decisions and manage internal and external politics to maintain the stability of your government.

By the end of this immersive exercise, your team will have a new appreciation for collective decision-making and a toolkit of skills to tackle your own corporate challenges with newfound synergy. The nation is counting on you—will you rise to the occasion?

UN Security Council

Step into the world of high-stakes international relations, where every handshake is a negotiation and every word carries the weight of a nation.

Your team is no longer a department, but ambassadors for the fifteen states on the United Nations Security Council, where you'll face a series of escalating global issues. This is not just a role-play—it's an intense simulation of diplomacy, strategy, and self-interest.

The geopolitical landscape is shifting. With a world-altering issue on the table—from a global refugee crisis to a climate catastrophe to a pandemic response—your team must represent their assigned nation, armed with a comprehensive dossier detailing its economic strengths, cultural values, military capabilities, and, most importantly, its national agenda. But the clock is ticking, and the situation on the ground grows more complex with each passing minute. You must forge fragile alliances, engage in backroom deals, and craft persuasive resolutions that will benefit your nation while navigating the competing demands of others.

This isn't just about winning or losing. It's about how you play the game. By the end of this immersive exercise, your team will emerge with a new understanding of collaboration and strategic thinking, forged under the pressure of the diplomatic spotlight. They will develop their skills of negotiation, strategic thinking, communication and problem-solving.

Prepare for a journey that will test your wits, challenge your ethics, and redefine what it means to be a team. In this global arena, success isn't just about winning—it's about survival.

Running For Election

An electrifying, high-stakes corporate team-building exercise unfolds: "The Campaign Trail: An Office Election."

The annual company-wide election is a cutthroat race to become the "Employee of the Year," complete with all the fanfare of a real political campaign. This isn't about popularity; it's a test of strategy, communication, and resourcefulness.

The challenge begins with the announcement of the candidates—a mix of individual staff from different departments. The office space transforms into a battlefield of brightly colored campaign posters, witty slogans, and rival campaign headquarters. Tensions rise as each candidate begins their crusade, forming teams and crafting platforms based on company issues, like "Project Workflow Optimisation" or "Enhanced Office Coffee Quality."The campaign is a blur of activity: power lunches, town hall meetings, social media campaigns, press leaks and rumours and the Election Debate.

The energy is palpable as election day arrives. A mock polling booth is set up, complete with secret ballots and an anonymous voting system. The air is thick with anticipation as colleagues cast their votes. Finally, the corporate leader takes the stage to announce the winner. The drumroll is deafening. The winning candidate delivers an impassioned victory speech, but the real victory isn't for the individual. The company has gained an arsenal of new ideas, and every participant has practiced vital skills.

The exercise culminates not in division, but in a stronger, more collaborative workplace, where every employee feels they have a voice.
