The annual company-wide election is a cutthroat race to become the "Employee of the Year," complete with all the fanfare of a real political campaign. This isn't about popularity; it's a test of strategy, communication, and resourcefulness.
The challenge begins with the announcement of the candidates—a mix of individual staff from different departments. The office space transforms into a battlefield of brightly colored campaign posters, witty slogans, and rival campaign headquarters.
